Dr Mark Larson gave me one of the best, most effective adjustments of my entire life today! (And I have been seeing chiropractors wherever I live for 20 years now). I went in after a horse riding fall, also after an ineffective appointment with a chiropractor from somewhere else. Dr Mark is an expert and got my in ALL the places that I needed to eliminate my pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. I will be back again and I cannot recommend Dr Mark enough!!! In addition, the receptionist was so sweet and helpful, and the office is brand new with such a clean open energy. Thank you Head 2 Toe and Dr Mark!

Went to Barry today for a shoulder injury from rugby. Extremely helpful man, answered all the questions I could think of and more. Totally changed my outlook on the injury. You can’t put a price on the reassurance he gives you

Following my first session with Nayna, I felt relief from pain that has been there for close to 10 years. No immediate fix, but immediate notable improvements. My range of motion increased. The days following I slept the best I have in weeks. Tension I didn’t even know I was holding in my jaw eased hugely, my neck and shoulders released. Not only does my body feel improvement following the session, the relief lead to an overall relax in myself. Far less tension, far less irritable. My second session today was just as enjoyable. I look forward to my next sessions with Nayna. Couldn’t recommend enough.
